Returns
You have 60 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in its original packaging.
Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase. If your product develops a fault within 60 days of purchase, please return the product with proof of purchase and we’ll exchange or refund the item in full via your original payment method (e-Mail prior). We may process a partial cash/card refund of a maximum of 10% in delayed parcel situations.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
You will receive the credit within 7 days.
If you haven’t received your item and do not report this within 120 days of placing the order, you will not be entitled to a refund due to processing limitations.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs will not be refundable. This is in the event of an unwanted item that isn’t damaged due to shipping etc. Otherwise, it’ll be free of charge, and shipping fees will be reimbursed within 24 hours.
Warranty
We offer a 12-month standard warranty on all of our Products and are covered from all accidental or product defective damages. Not including purposeful damage, water damage etc.
