We’ll get through this together. We wanted to reach out to assure you that we are taking the necessary steps to ensure the safety and well-being of our customers and our staff during this time of uncertainty as a result of this awful virus. We follow the highest standards here at LightStrips and will continue to do so, more than ever. While there have been no reported cases of the virus being transferred between goods, all of warehouse staff will now be sanitising their hands in between every order batch. Our warehouse staff will also be wearing gloves throughout order processing and packing duties to minimise all contact. In addition to safety measures, we are also ensuring we have appropriate measures in place to remain up and running, for example we have implemented a new system for every item we’re sending out we are scanning it through UV light rays. This is used in hospitals for cleaning surgical equipment and will definitely eradicate all the germs (if there are any) upon delivery to you. Delivery delays will occur throughout your order due to COVID-19 so your item may take longer than the stated date of delivery. Please stay safe and take care of everyone around you.
